I can hear, that you really had fun with this one. It sounds so free and imaginative. I hear no restrictions nor shackles limiting your creativity. This tune brought me back to my memories of Jazz Jackrabbit soundtrack. There's a good, groovy drive moving the music. It does not get boring, yet it doesn't wander off. The high freqs of the heavy snare drown a bit into the mix. The lighter snare in the bridge section is mixed nicely. This was an overall enjoyable track. Congratulations on front page.

Thank you for the tips, I'll make use of them in the future!

Your melodies are beautiful and lush. The sounds are so full and colorful. I think you have a good hand in sound design. I really enjoy those calm moments with held back pads and warm synths. I love those watery sounds(That's about the best I can describe them).

Your drops are amazing. The only minus is the snare sound. I can't quite put my finger on it, but the loudness might have distorted it a bit too much. It's still great how you can keep things sounding this good at this loud levels.

Pandasticality responds:

about the loudness, mastering process is the key :3 just gotta balance everything out, thank you for the review, hope you liked it n__n

I've been listening to your tracks today, you whip up some amazing energy in your tracks. This one stood out most with the huge sounds in the drop, contrasted with flutes and distant percussion. Very interesting style. I am even more surprised, that you hail from Finland as well, if I saw correctly.

This track is downright great. I think I'll have to rate this a tad more than just four stars.

Pandasticality responds:

I see you're from finland also? i try to put a bit of uniqueness in everything i do, hope you liked it.
Thank you for your Review, much appreciated.

That was a very creative piano you had going on there. I liked the bass sounds, despite them sounding a bit more quiet than the piano itself. Still sounded good. The backing track that comes around 1:26 added much to the tone of the bass. This was all in all a pleasure to listen to and the ending was amusing. Good work.

You have done beautiful job on the melodies. And it all indeed has a chill sound to it. Those strings sounded very good and balanced to my ear.

It is an over all good mix, everything sits very well in there. I like the metallic tone in the modulated bass, that gently grinds along with the music.

Jimmypig responds:

Ahh brilliant :) Mixing was always my bane. I never thought I would be able to mix and almost gave up because of it so this really cheers me up. Thank you.

After 1:26, I can feel a lot of emotion in the melody. That part sounds great and the choir backs up the piano very nicely as the sounds slowly start building up towards the next drop.

While that was all good, I fear there could have been much more to the bassline. It was very loud and felt like it drowned out the rest of the sounds. Despite that, I really like where you are going with all this.

I hope you will keep making more.
